We issue digital checks for all placement fees. These are real checks and we can only issue these digital checks to your registered email address in the Submit Candidate dashboard.
You will receive the check to your email inbox. You can then select to have the funds sent electronically or if your bank allows, you can decide to print the check and do a mobile deposit. Video Link
Please note that we are not responsible for fees that your bank may charge you or the time delays your bank may impose. All banks are different and we can not control that aspect of this transaction.
In this article we will explain how you get paid your placement fees for your candidates. Per your agreement, you will be paid once the agency has received payment from the hospital for your candidates billable hours.
As of July 2020*, we no longer make recruiters wait for the agency to be paid. Placement fees for your candidates worked hours will be paid at the end of the following month.
You placed a candidate on a 13 week assignment and your placement fee total was $3500. Your candidate started the assignment on May 10th and worked full time the remainder of May at $3500 a week.
Your placement fee will be prorated for the time they worked through May and paid at the end of June. In this example, you would receive around $525 (this is just an example; does not count overtime or days off) of your total placement fee.
Then all the hours your candidate worked in June, would be paid to you at the end of July. All hours worked in July, would be paid in August and so on. As long as your candidate is working, you will see the fees to you the following month.
**Important** The FORM W-9 must be upload to your profile before any placement fees will be released to you. Please click this link here to learn how to complete this simple process.
