Submitting a Candidate - What do I need to submit?
Step 1: Connect with your candidate and complete your New Hire Info Sheet. During this process you will explain the Agency company structure. You are their recruiter and you and the Agency will maintain the relationship with them while the Agency employs them on assignment.
THE AGENCY WILL HANDLE THEIR QUESTIONS. YOU ARE ASKED TO KEEP TABS ON YOUR PEOPLE AND STAY ENGAGED! TIE THAT CANDIDATE TO YOU, THERE ARE OTHER RECRUITERS OUT THERE YOU MAY COLLECT A RIGHT TO REPRESENT FOR YOUR CANDIDATE.
Updated resume with any gaps of employment explained. Personal Time Off is fine as an example of a gap between work. Make sure it is updated and has at least 1 year of recent patient experience in their Specialty, Profession, and Setting. They can be out of work for up to 364 days and still work with Cure, but not longer. Please be sure their resume lists out the facilities and dates and units they worked in so we can properly and efficiently qualify your submissions. RESUMES SHOULD COVER A 7 YEAR WORK HISTORY!
License Information as applicable, for nursing this can be pulled from the Board of Nursing websites, for nursing professions, most Healthcare Professionals will have their licensing information on their resume including state and license number. For Example: Nurse Nancy CA RN90210 (California RN license Number). Some will have more than one state license so be sure to collect them all. HINT - you will do this with them on the Cure In Hire Info Sheet, attached below.
Certifications: as applicable, obtain front, back and signed copies of their BLS and or other certifications as applicable ACLS, NRP, etc., NOTE: most healthcare facilities require RN’s to have BLS and ACLS through the american heart association. You can double check the job details for requirements on which certifications are needed
Contact information for at least 3 Professional Supervisory References: (Name, Phone or Email, Title, Facility worked at). ALL must be from a recent Job and they should cover one year of recent experience in the last 2 years - in the specialty as it pertains to the job you are submitting for. YES it's a lot but if we do it right, we can place pour candidates much QUICKER TIP: Ask your candidate to provide as many supervisory references as they can this will help speed it up! Be sure this information is on the CURE Info Hire Sheet in your document library.
