After you have submitted a Candidate, the agencies move quickly. They will respond to you and keep you informed of the status of your candidate throughout the entire process.
On your candidate dashboard is a tab for Notes.
This is where you can provide feedback on your candidate to the Agency as well as the Agency will provide feedback to you.
It is important for you to check your notes regularly.

At what point is my Candidate declined after no response?
The Agency will not technically decline them. However, in order for your candidate to be consider viable and willing to work, they need to responsive and respond to the Agency Account Managers within 24 hours.
The Notes tab will also contain this type of feedback or lack of response....
It can be a simple email, text, phone call or feedback from the recruiter. We can not allow candidates to sit dormant in credentialing. The Account Managers will not follow up with your candidate multiple times. You will need to that. We have to move on to the ones ready to go to work.
Zero response does not indicate a good submission.
