So you were trying to enter a candidate and the email address already exists. There are a number of reasons why, but if and only if the candidate has not been submitted and is active there is a chance you may move forward.
You will need to have the attached Right to Represent form completed by you and the candidate. If the candidate does not already have the form on file and wants you to be their recruiter then this form is necessary.
Circumventing the process and attempting to submit a candidate already in the system can cause you to lose access, so follow these steps.
Once the form is completed, submit the form through the support desk. We will investigate the claim and make a determination. The form is not a guarantee, but it does help.
